Coaching

Coaching is distinct from counseling, mentoring, and other models. In coaching, we work together in a co-creating process, where you set the agenda, and I come alongside as a support to help you move forward.
In Coaching:
- I offer a grounded, empathetic, attuned, and generous space that’s tailored to your pace.
- I will come alongside you, rather than directing or leading you. Every conversation is based on your agency and choice.
- I will ask questions, listen, help you notice and reflect, evoke awareness, and offer you care and courage along the way.
- I will help you pay attention to your life and notice God’s presence and love.
- I will invite you to be present and offer you my full presence.
- I will accept you as you are and offer attunement.
- I will offer you tools and structures for transformation.
- Our work will be confidential – so you have a safe space to talk about whatever you need to talk about.
- I will use a trauma-informed approach that creates safety in our relationship and every session.
